 HOW HAS THE GOVERNMENT ATTEMPTED TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM

Within the Caribbean governments have attempted to assist by initiating a series of programs geared at helping youths make that transition from high school to university and a career. They have also introduced social welfare and the food card system whereby some assistance is rendered to families in need.
