Over the last 20 years, the Caribbean has seen a steady increase in robberies, kidnapping, extortion, human trafficking, money laundering and the sale of drugs and guns.     HOW MOST CRIME START While there may be a white-collar crime such as embezzlement and fraud, most criminal activities like robbery and extortion get star ted mostly amongst those under the poverty line. Lack of education leads to less sustainable jobs which put pressure on providing for family and that can influence one to make such a decision.
